Pizza Plus has been family owned and operated for more than 10 years. Beginning with one restaurant in Tremonton, the Pizza Plus family has grown to include restaurants in Hyrum and Smithfield, serving all of Cache Valley. Tremonton-owner Jerry Davenport opened the first location in 1995. Adding a customer-service oriented family atmosphere and quality ingredients to an already successful Italian eatery, Pizza Plus quickly became the most successful pizza restaurant in Tremonton.

 

In 1999, Jerry’s son Jeffrey opened the second Pizza Plus location in Hyrum. The family chose to open in Hyrum as a way to serve the growing population in the South Valley without becoming too big, too fast. The Hyrum location demonstrates the family commitment to customer service and maintaining a family-friendly atmosphere.

 

The third location opened in Smithfield in November of 2005. Owner-operator Jeffrey had been looking for a location to open in Smithfield since his first store opened in the South Valley. With the revitalization of downtown Smithfield, the Pizza Plus family hopes to become a part of Smithfield history.

 

With three stores serving Northern Utah, the Pizza Plus family is the largest independently owned and operated chain of restaurants in the area.
